BleuAnt Designs & Development, LLC is a privately owned company in the Twin Cities, focused on refurbishing and renewing existing homes. We also restore areas with infill and improved development of sites. BleuAnt’s main focus is the Highland Park and Mac Groveland neighborhoods. The majority of our completed projects have been in these neighborhoods. BleuAnt strives to make lasting relationships with their contractors and target audience by focusing on these two neighborhoods.
Co-Owners Ryan and Kyle bring over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance to form BleuAnt Designs. Ryan and Kyle had real estate projects on their own since college, and recently brought their experience, knowledge, and skills together to form BleuAnt. Between the two of them they have completed over 12 residential projects in Minnesota including one in each of Wisconsin, Michigan, South Dakota and Montana. Their list includes single family, duplex, vacation, lake front, condo and mountain top homes.
